The Catholic Sacred Music Project (CSMP) held a Composition Institute on May 27, 2023. Co-sponsored by the Benedict XVI Institute for Sacred Music and Divine Worship, the event featured world premieres of eight new sacred choral works led by composer Sir James MacMillan and performed by the CSMP Choir, Dr. Timothy McDonnell conducting, at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in America, Washington, DC.
